Today our modern facility stands next to the original coffee factory in Sao Paulo Brazil, which is over 200 years old and has produced coffee exports for generations. The coffee is in a liquid concentrate form that is none frozen and is made from grade A 100% Brazilian Arabica beans. The beans are grown at altitudes of 4,000-6,000 feet above sea level, ideal conditions for a coffee plantation. Our coffee can be stored at normal temperatures, which saves you energy and storage space. No other liquid coffee on the market today can make this claim.
While developing for the Hospitalities and Confectionary markets in North America, CaféZal Coffee Int., noticed a need to fill a void in these service industries; in turn this led to the conception of a liquid coffee concentrate in a bag in a box (BIB). After 1 year of research and development, CaféZal Coffee Int., has created a unique formula with no bitter after taste.
Currently producing, 1 quart (1,000 ml) exclusively for the Confectionary and Bar Industry, 1 quart (1,000 ml BIB) and 1/2 gallon (2,000 ml BIB), 1 gallon (4,000 ml BIB) both Regular and Decaf. We are also introducing to the market a single serving pacquette containing 7ml of CaféZal Coffee Int., for the perfect cup of coffee. These pacquettes come in Regular & Decaf.

The President of CaféZal Coffee Int., Mr. Alem Yaghi is a graduate of Lausanne and Cornell University. Majored in Hotel Management which included Food & Beverage Management and the consulting and training for 24 departments in the hotel business. In addition, he was a frequent speaker at the UNLV campus in Las Vegas on Hotel Management.
